Privacy Policy

Vertex Growth Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit the site or contact us.

1. What we collect

Nothing, directly. This site has no contact form, no login, no newsletter sign-up and no e-commerce facility. We set no cookies of our own, and we run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

2. What happens automatically

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every visit — IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request — for security and for the operation of the site. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.

Web fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s servers to retrieve them, which makes your IP address visible to Google. That transfer is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, not by this one.

3. When you contact us

If you write to us by email, telephone us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send — ordinarily your name, your contact details and a description of what you wish to discuss.

We use that information only to respond to you and to take the engagement forward. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

4. Confidentiality and non-disclosure

Before any assignment begins, we prefer to have a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement in place. Consulting, coaching and training work frequently requires access to commercially sensitive material — sales performance, channel structures, pricing, customer data and people decisions. An NDA signed before kick-off makes the obligations explicit on both sides, and it is our standard practice.

Information received under such an agreement:

• is used solely for the purposes of that engagement;
• is not disclosed to any third party, including associate facilitators, without the client’s written consent;
• is held only for as long as the engagement and its record-keeping requirements need; and
• is returned or destroyed on request at the close of the assignment.

Where a client does not have an NDA of its own, we are glad to provide ours.

5. Client and programme information

Information shared with us during a consulting, coaching or training engagement is treated as confidential and is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

Coaching conversations are confidential as a matter of professional practice. We do not publish participant names, photographs, assessment results or session material without written permission from the client organisation.

6. How long we keep information

Business correspondence is retained for as long as the relationship is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for records and statutory purposes. You may ask us to delete it at any time.

7. Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to vc@vertexgrowth.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.

8. External links

This site links to WhatsApp and may link to other external services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date shown above indicates when it was last revised.
